Jewish Cultural Center
5461 North Terrace Dr.

Jackie R. will be leading our May meeting. We will use StazOn black inkpads or Memento Tuxedo black inkpad to stamp flowers, leaves, and such, then paint them with Liquid Pearls, which is a pearlescent acrylic paint. We will also use the paint to create interesting textures and designs on paper.
These techniques can be used to create cards or decorative papers.
Jackie will be bringing many of the supplies needed, so we're asking that everyone contribute $1 or $2 or whatever you can to help out.
Please bring the following supplies:
- Acrylic craft mat, if available (this is like a Silpat baking mat; you can ink, paint, glue, etc., on it and then just wipe it off)
- Cold-press watercolor paper, if available
- Any solid color card stock
- Any printed color card stock you may wish to embellish
- Water spritzer bottle, if available
- Water (barrel) pens, if available
- Fine tipped paintbrushes
- Small cup for paint water or empty paint tray for blending
- Adhesive of your choice for gluing down card stock, if desired
- Any pre-made book you wish to embellish
- Old newspapers to cover tables
